Exactly this. The Moose concessions run at the same prices as Jets games. They really should take advantage of the digital menu boards and lower prices for the Moose games especially on family friendly things like soda and popcorn.

Also cutting the price of Moose tickets could encourage more people to attend.

It really feels like TNSE owns CLC, has dark nights to use hosting the Moose and really doesn't care if it turns a profit as it's part of the overall Jets operations. As long as anything "hockey" combines to make a net profit the details deeper down don't seem to matter.

That's my point, as TNSE owns CLC dark nights v Moose games are more or less sunk costs either way. If the Moose were not rolled up into the overall profit/loss statement of TNSE hockey operations which includes the Jets there would be a lot more pressure to make things a break even or better operation. Without that pressure operating the Moose is almost an afterthought.

The parks and open spaces at Naawi-Oodena—Canada’s largest Indigenous-led urban economic development—are structured around a landscape framework that translates Indigenous knowledge and cultural stories into the physical environment. The partnership between Canada Lands Company and the Treaty One Nations represents an act of reconciliation and a recognition that this landmark development should reflect the history, traditions and vibrant culture of the Treaty One Nations.

Guided by teachings shared by the Treaty One Knowledge Keepers Council and developed in collaboration with Indigenous design advisors, the open space system is organized around the Seven Fires Prophecies and the Anishinaabe Migration Story, creating a connected network of landscapes, gathering spaces and interpretive features.

Designed as an accessible, pedestrian-oriented and climate-resilient public realm, the park system and streetscapes celebrate water through naturalized stormwater infrastructure including retention ponds and dry ponds that support a diversity of Indigenous plant communities, and opportunities for visitors to engage with water throughout the site. A hierarchy of trails, plazas, playgrounds, gardens, overlooks and amenity spaces support recreation, cultural programming and intergenerational gathering.

Together, the parks and streetscapes form a cohesive landscape that blends cultural expression, ecological performance and contemporary urban design, creating a distinctive identity for Naawi-Oodena.
