To me, the designs remind me of Alloy's other big Brooklyn project, which is very similar in scope. The designs there were changed.

1,500 homes, including about 300 income-restricted homes, could come to 240 Nassau St in Downtown Brooklyn!
This project is one of the first to use high-density districts created after the FAR cap's repeal, a way to create more homes in areas with great access to jobs & transit.
