These towers are gorgeous. The hideous storage/parking structures between Washington and Greenwich should be redeveloped too.

This building just sold a $130 million apartment.

They need to rezone this whole microneighborhood to allow residental. It's a goldmine. All those low-slung FedEx warehouses and the like should be limestone towers. It's an A++ location; a downtown version of 70th & Park.

I saw that. They article said that one buyer bought multiple units for $130m. I suspect that they're contiguous and will be combined.

I agree re: all of those crap warehouses between Washington and Greenwich. They must go.

By the way, do you remember how crappy this area was even twenty years ago? Forty years ago, it was an outright dump. Look at it now!
