Looks like "developer" wants extension in order to find consultant and complete requested report. Although the LDE lawyer was surprised to hear that as they have not heard anything from them.


Planning consultant for the developer was at the mtg today looking for extension until early 2027 for another PEC mtg.

Ahead of council mtg this week the lawyers for LDE has sent another letter to Council about their concerns with this zoning application.

Farhi Holdings Corporation's vast ownership of downtown London properties is a real problem. His group is estimated to control roughly 59% of the core's vacant commercial space.

If only I could figure out how to make money out of empty buildings.
