Now have the 6th floor walls installed on the first building of the west block. Prepping to pave the parking area for the 2nd 4s building on the east block of buildings as it nears completion.

Masonry contractor has started on the 4s third building of four on the east block.

Exterior brick install on the 3rd building is nearly done and already starting on the 4th building on the east block. Exterior insulation install on the 6s building on the west block is progressing well.

They have finished the exterior brick on building 4 and wrapping up the siding. The first block of 4 low rise apartments is nearly done. The next block has already got 3 of the buildings topped out with a 4th now having completed the L1 concrete walls and the 5th being excavated.

Still working on the balconies on the last of the 2 buildings on the east block. The exterior brick and paneling still being installed on the buildings on the west block that were topped out last year. Have started forming the ground floor walls on the 4th building and have finished up the L1 walls of the 5th building.

Have now got the 2nd floor steel modular walls installed on one of the buildings and have started forming for the ground floor walls on the other. Still have not finished the balconies on the last two buildings on the eastern block as progress there has really slowed.

Have now got some of the 3rd floor steel modular wall panels installed on the one building and the first floor steel modular wall panels installed on the other. Masonry contractor is now installing exterior brick on the eastern most building of the west block of buildings. Still have not finished installing the balcony railings on the two buildings on the east block group of 4 buildings.

Have now started installing the steel modular wall panels for the 4th floor on the one building and are forming for the 3rd floor slab on the other building. They appear to have finally finished installing the balcony railings on the last two buildings of the east block. Masonry contractor is working on the first building of the western block.

Looks like they have now got tenants in all of the four east half buildings. Still have not started on the grading and landscaping for the three buildings thou. The westernmost building of the west group of buildings is now getting the exterior brick installed while the three center buildings are getting the final rooftop edge and floor installations. As per usual with Drewlo progress is slow.

The west group of 5 buildings are all topped now. The 4 west buildings are at various stages of exterior finishing with insulation and brick and siding installation. The 3 buildings on the east side still have not got landscaping to finish the exterior property.

Have installed some pavement now for the driveway entrance and parking area on the eastern side of the west group of buildings. Exterior stone and brick installation has started on the 2nd building from the east side. The next two buildings are still getting the exterior insulation applied.

Landscaping and grading started on the east block of 4 buildings. Could see sod or hydroseed very soon. Exterior brick and insulation board continues to be added to the 3 remaining buildings on the west block of 5 buildings.

Still working on the exterior brick and cladding on the final two buildings on the west block of five buildings. Tenants now moving into the all 4 east block buildings as they have finished the landscaping.

They are still working on the exterior touch up and interiors of the most westerly buildings (Encore) of the west group of buildings on this site. The most westerly building still hasn't got drywall installed on some of the floors. They are definitely in no hurry to finish these low rise apartments given that some of the finished building units have not found any tenants yet at the prices they are asking.
