I somehow thought that the final tower was going to be the tallest, but it seems to be peaking already?

Altus ,while with fewer floors, has the office floors and is on higher grade.

Oh, is the office component of the final tower not connected like it is with Altus? I have actually never taken that close look, to be honest. Is the final tower 52 floors like in the title? One would think that gives enough extra height to pass Altus.

I think they are side-by-side, not stacked.

The floor slabs are offset with the taller office floors. They sort of match near amenity level but I don't think they connect?

I was thinking today that the half residential-half office design of the lower floors might actually have been a genius idea to shield the residential units from the noise from Willingdon.

I assume the placement of the tower sort of limits the loss of view for the tower at the corner.
