Does anyone know if there is anything going on with the latest phase of this development? For weeks the site has been vacant, there have been no trace of workers at all.

Looking into the Thind's recent news moving on from the Richmond Minoru Square development, things don't look good in my opinion.

The latest phase across Waterfall/Starling is not complete yet. There has been no activity in weeks.

The final building, Eclipse? According to the developer's website, it's not due to be completed until 2025.

I doubt this project gets completed. There is still a ton of work to do, and there seems to be no urgency, which is very odd considering the situation the company is in. They probably cannot pay any contractors, so all work has stopped. I bet you Thind goes bankrupt, so I wonder what will happen with this project if that happens?

I was thinking it would be sold by the creditors to someone at a deep discount where it can be completed for a profit.
