Don't want this thread to completely die, so I will just mention a couple things that I know are completed or planned. At University hospital, they just completed in November, the 8 level parkade which you could call the first phase of the hospital addition. The 11 story acute care tower is supposed to start construction in late 26. I haven't seen any renders for it yet, but hopefully it will be somewhat aesthetically pleasing as it will most likely be the tallest building in PG once done and given its location, visible. The 2nd building in the Park House development downtown has topped out (5 story) but again I have been unable to find current photos. Hopefully someone else can provide more.

Good to know that PG's finally gettin' another highrise, didn't think that had it in 'em, hope to go up there sometime to see how that'll turn out, nice to know... any news on here, jeez!
