Just a heads up to anyone who cares, it looks like Google Maps just updated the aerial views of Toronto.

Maybe everyone knows this, but for satellite imagery you can get a lot more and newer stuff if you use the Google Earth client and look at "Historical Imagery". For the 3D imagery I think it's the same whether it's in Google Earth or Google Maps in a browser.

Depends how you define skyscrapers, but according to the SSP North America database it's not even close!

1 NYC - 6811
2 Toronto - 2775
3 Chicago - 1339

Chicago used to destroy us with buildings over 500ft. It's pretty close now.

Chicago has 130 built or U/C
Toronto has 124 built or U/C which I believe is more then every other Canadian city combined.
