Does the Innovation Center with its 13 floor tower have any hope of inspiring Olympia to proceed with something? Anything?

The original renderings seemed to show the 2055 Cass lot being turned into a park. Is that still planned? The new rendering seems to show trees placed into the lot in a way that other lots do not have, but it still being a parking lot.

Any information on any of this out there? Also, any info on heights?

6 floors and around 135 feet or about 41 meters.

That's based a draft building cross section I found on one of the community presentation slide shows so that's assuming there's been no changes since this draft was crated.
