Kind of weird to see that tiny tower in there.

Oh, I didn't realize one of the towers is going to remain that short. I kept wondering when they will raise the crane, but mystery solved.

Then again, the area is going to be extremely dense, so it makes sense to have a shorter tower in between. Glad that they stayed true to the design vs. what the rental tower in Oakridge looks like.

Looks like a recent pic from BIV, a level up from Lexus' pic on the foreground tower.

Comments say 6mm panes. It'll be fun to see what a retractable window glass system (the accordion ones) will fair through the next wind storm

Seems like it's part of Phase 3

Quote:
The developer must deliver the park to the city before the Phase 3A buildings are occupied, and the land must be remediated to school/park standards.
Quote:
The parcel will be provided to the City
remediated to school/park standards, as determined by a numerically based Certificate of
Compliance issued by the Ministry of Environment. The park will be provided graded and
grassed with riparian areas planted with appropriate tree and shrub species as identified through
a detailed riparian planting plan. Two gateway entry features, complete with appropriate
paving and seating areas will be provided on Dawson Street and Beta Avenue.
