The 550' Baccarat Tower II is getting taller. Tower I is 848' and on the west end of the site (the right on my straight on photos). You can see foundation work for it in 4.

There are now FOUR cranes on site. I've not seen this before.

In image 3. you can see the Capital Grille looks they closed the patio. Related owns this and it will be demo'd to make way for Tower III - the 898' tower. Capital Grille still appears open though, but maybe getting ready to close?

1. From the new finished riverwalk on the north side of Aston Martin Residences

2. From the riverwalk - Four cranes!

3. From the riverwalk - Four cranes!

4. From the Brickell Bridge. You can see some of the piles from the foundation work for Tower 1.

5. Looking west on 5th

6. Site plan. Tower I is 848' (undergoing foundation work), Tower II (most constructed) is 550', Tower III is 898' (where Capital Grille currently located).

Related Group says 444 Brickell will not be demolished until 2028 at the earliest, according to the Herald.

This is the site of where Tower III is planned, the 897 ft tower. So groundbreaking for that is a ways off. There are some archeological issues.

Towers I and II at 848' and 550' respectively are currently u/c.

From across the river.

These are going to be (and already are) very visible from downtown.

The height counts on these towers are a bit off. The first tower's height is not 478. The height submitted to multiple agencies accounts for the roof height NGVD, derived from construction permits. But in actuality height reaches the crown, which is more than 20 feet tall just from observation.

For instance, construction permits call Cipriani Residences 908 FT. Is this true? No. 908 FT is the NGVD roof height, which is still wrong because we measure height above ground-not from the sea level. Meaning the roof height is 898 FT.

But actual above ground elevation show 925 for Cipriani, which is a 17 FT increase. Just for fun, a 17 FT increase for Viceroy Residences would mean a final height of 495 FT.

Unfortunately, elevations don't exist but It wont hurt to shoot the City of Miami an email because I'm certain they're higher than written.

How much of the building is complete, plus how many floors? Also, is that the tallest one?

The current tower u/c is 835 FT and close to half way up. The tallest tower will be 897 FT tall. However, there is currently an office building on site that won't be demolished until 2028. The taller tower won't start construction until approximately 2030.

The shortest tower has reached completion. It's called Viceroy Brickell. If i can recall the shortest tower is 478 FT, not 550 FT, but it's contested.
