meaning no value engineering the nice away.

not only has this turned out just like the renders.

I wish I liked this tower - the off-color horizontal wraps and nearly arbitrary window scaling makes the design far too busy imho. It's a little too Ctrl-V for me...

Albeit JP Morgan Chase got it right with its amazing new headquarters, they going in the wrong direction recladding the stone of the old Bear Stearns building (383 Madison Ave) with only glass.

JP Morgan Chase, not Morgan Stanley. MS is still HQ in Times Square, though there are rumors they're looking for a new HQ tower.
