Triami Developments & Investments Inc. does sound more professional than 3 Buddies Builders Co., doesn't it?

The neighbours are going to flip-out, but this is exactly the kind of thing that should be going up on an arterial road across from a shopping mall.

basement units like that always remind of first floor Dundas (at Carleton), affectionately known as the morgue

I can predict the neighbours to the west are going to flip about the access to the parking on their street and their prediction that 'their' street will be gridlock etc as there will be lots of spillover parking on 'their' street which of course never gets plowed and is only one lane wide most of the winter. Plus there isn't enough on site parking

Nice little project. Good to see some density in this type of area. Between the City's library, community centre and the strip malls across the street, this place has everything you'd need within walking distance.

Those renderings remind me of buildings I’ve seen in western Canada. British Columbia in specific.
