A remaining building at 984 Barton St E. was recently demolished and the land cleared. It's the land where Mr. Used was before it burned down. I called the City and they said there's a current proposal for a 24 story apartment building with ground floor retail.

The property is actually on Belview and doesn't front Barton St at all.

I heard froma fairly reliable source that a Walmart is coming to Limeridge Mall.

When was the last time Walmart even opened a net new store in the GTA? I feel like they have been in a holding pattern for years.
