Does anyone know the parapet height in the elevations? I honestly don’t see it getting any taller than those girders around the perimeter, but I guess we’ll find out.

Thank you, River!! Amazing shots of the crown.

Do we know if that 2nd crown level is usable or just mechanical? I'm still holding out hope for a sliver of the top that will be a cocktail bar for the public and not just the renters.

Great shots, David! I wonder how they're going to light this one.

I think I brought it up a while ago, but I'm hoping for simple classic un-fuck-upable uplighting

It's surprising that that description isn't specifically listed in documents at the Design Commission.

Did the crown have dark glass in the renderings? I seem to recall it being lighter in overall color... maybe even a little taller/more pronounced in the original renderings...
