The project was a partnership between Barshop and Oles and Lionstone Investments. But that earlier article I posted about Lionstome purchasting the shopping center noted that:

In disclosing the purchase, Lionstone Investments didn't disclose the seller, but a previous Austin Business Journal article about the sale of the center in August 2008 indicated that a partnership of Dallas-based L&B Realty Advisors LLP and Barshop & Oles Co. of Austin bought the property. Tax records most recently have been sent to Barshop & Oles Co. as the manager of Brodie Oaks Center Ltd.
Lionstone Investment officials said the center will continue to be managed by Barshop & Oles, a retail specialty brokerage company and developer. HFF handled the real estate transaction.

I think Barshop and Oles still manages the shopping center, although I gotta say they need to update their website. The
map of the center showing what spaces are available is way out of date. They still show Hobby Lobby, Tuesday Morning, Floor King, and the Park as still being occupied. All those spaces are vacant and some have been vacant for quite some time.
