Framing for the glass being installed with ground level (facing Richards St.) glass in.
Waiting for more glass to go in before a more in depth posting, especially when I also see that officedweller posting #36- Arabic style mesh (being) installed.

As a side note, the LED art display on the elevator core of the nearby 43 storey Wall Centre Yaletown (on left in above pic) never materialized.
Instead, there are brightly lit windows into the hallways adjacent to the core for the full height of the tower (similar to The Butterfly).

That curtain wall glazing looks good, maybe do not cover it with the meshing or minimize the use of it.
