Pure sunshine today. It's only supposed to get to 0C but with the warm sun and lack of wind, you'd never know it was that cold. May get some snow, transitioning to rain, tonight.

A mix of sun and cloud and 10 degrees at just before 1pm. Extremely windy though.

I see now Whistler is scheduled to go up to 15 and raining on Tuesday and Wednesday! Unfortunate timing with it being the second week of Spring Break with lots of potential skiiers.

One last F*** you stretch from the winter from hell.

-2C with a wind chill of -7 and sunny this afternoon. Frigid.

Low of -10C (wind chill of -17) this morning. Good thing it was Sunday, and you could sleep in and stay inside.

The warmspot was Osoyoos, BC at 13.5C.

Warmest low was Saturna Island, BC at 6.9C.

Wasn’t expecting to wake up to this but at least it already started to melt. And yesterday saw this canine at Lakeside Park in Mississauga.

Perhaps my last heavy snowfall watch with popcorn for the season. https://www.myearthcam.com/sylpare

Edit: 3 hours later - And that's it, a small amount, just winter telling us that 2024/25 is to be remembered.

-6C and sunny at 10 AM in Moncton, rising to +2C this afternoon before clouding over around evening rush hour. Messy overnight with about 10 cm of snow changing to ice pellets and rain before dawn. A bit further north than here there is a heavy snowfall warning issued.

Looks like the Alpine is going to 9c Wednesday but then cools down the rest of the week.

Whistlers website has 54cm of snow forecasted from Thursday to Sunday, although its a ways out and can change, it appears to be a cool and wet pattern the last half of this week.

With a 290cm base still, there will be ample of snow, just bring an umbrella tuesday/wednesday.

Quite the weekend. Did a fat bike Ride on Friday getting the last of the snow then switched to Gravel bike for Sat. Spring does come fast here.

10 today and tomorrow then dropping to -2 on Thursday then back up by Sunday.

4C and cloudy this afternoon. Most of the snow we had this morning melted.
Tancredi... the only way this is a dream is if the date was December 25th. But as the calendar shows late March any such weather is closer to nightmare.

Low of -5C (wind chill of -10) this morning. About 6-8 cm I would estimate fell early morning. Thankfully about 4-5 cm of that melted today.

The warmspot was Masinasin, AB at 18.5C.

Warmest low was White Rock, BC at 10.0C.

You really don't know what you want to get yourself into lol.

You'll need a full winter gear, winter tires on cars, buses, shovels, salt and so on. Then when you realize how much that's a pain in the ass, you'll value the warmth more.

Well, after a couple of rainy days Tuesday turned into a rather nice day. Like a little taste of spring.

Tuesday's high at Vancouver Harbour was 16 C, the low was 9 C.
