CC stands for Completeness Check. That means there was insufficient information in the submission to proceed to full review.

THese renderings make me wonder if we'll ever get enough buildings along the I-35 corridor that we could someday have a tunnel-effect there driving down I-35.

^ Even the low rises from 12th and south give a pretty cool effect. Doesn't have to be super high to change the feel of the drive. That said, I think the feel will change dramatically enough following the next few decades of construction on I-35. Because it will probably take that long.

The site plan was finally updated. Both towers will have multifamily and hotel uses. They will both be 330' with Tower #1 having 29 floors and Tower #2 having 30 floors. The elevations have not yet been made public. The views will be pretty nice from the rooftop bar on Tower #1.

I hope so too. This is one of only a few projects to actually file a site plan after getting a significant up-zoning over the past couple years.
