This afternoon, pics by me.

I was hoping to spot a finished balcony here, but not yet.

They are starting to excavate the old railbed for the trestle/bridge near the water.

Does it show anywhere what the plan is to improve that area for anticipated sea level rise? The water level in the last really big king tide came right up to the trestle abuttment.

Awesome update! The glass is interesting. We'll have to wait and see how it all comes together.

I'll have to get the drone over the site soon.

This skyline is in for a drastic change in the next 7 to 10 years? I hope I'm able to witness it.

This evening, captured from Anchor Point 1 roof deck.

Creative Energy Update
Creative Energy, the company building Sen̓áḵw’s District Energy System, marked another significant milestone. In May 2024, it successfully hot-tapped two, 400-millimetre connections into Metro Vancouver’s 1200-millimetre diameter sewer main, unlocking the primary heating source for Sen̓áḵw and its pathway towards a net zero future. Hot tapping is the process of drilling into a live, pressurized pipe without shutting down the piping system. This high-precision approach recovers waste heat on a community scale not previously attainable on a building-by-building basis. Upon completion, Sen̓áḵw will be one of the largest net zero developments in all of Canada.

It's more obvious now, but the columns near the top of the building are now leaning inwards for the bevelled facades.

July construction update is up. Seems like they are doing about two floors a month give or take.. Tower 3 maybe needs around 10 months more to top out?

They were doing some investigative digging right next to the old Molson's building in the corner closest to the bridge.
