The old building here has been under slow demolition for a couple of months Thanks to tstormers at UT for pic:

So this tower is officially u/c now? That would make 3 150 + towers started this year so far. And with the cuts to fees and taxes on new homes by the province and federal govt coming, things could really pick up this year. Possibly.

Not yet. The older building is being partially demolished/restored while the developer waits for construction permit review to be complete.

Thank you for your help. Urban TO says it's under Construction, but if it's not yet, that's fine. Hopefully soon!

UT's building-status info is woefully vague. Almost every proposal is listed as "Pre-Construction", whether it has even been approved or begun sales. As soon as the first lick of work has been done, it's "Under Construction".

Yes, it's kinda confusing to me. I usually look for shoring work to be done before I consider a tower fully u/c.
