The co-op buildings might be dated and a bit dull but this is hands down one of the best communities in the city. A great place to raise a family and a great hood to stroll through. I'd more then happily call this part of town home.

Does Scrotumbank sticks its logo on as many sports arenas as possible? Almost as bad as those awful "You're richer than you think" scrotumbank ads at Cineplex.

none, i suppose. They are all equal, but Scotiabank (along with the dreaded CIBC) is much more prominent with their marketing efforts.

This panorama of downtown Vancouver turned out really odd. I was too close to the buildings in the foreground. Regardless, I thought I'd share it because of how weird it looks.

Nice pano ^.

Bloor-Yorkville rising with more to come (half a dozen construction sites including a super-tall and two 200 metre+ towers u/c).

Shot from St. Clair Avenue. Where’s the financial district towers? ;-)

That Yorkville angle might actually be my current favourite view of the skyline. Well, maybe tied with the Casa Loma view.

I haven't really noticed more CIBC advertisements over say the green chair or the black guy behind the desk. I felt there were more things named after CIBC in Chicago than there are in Toronto.

It's not a publicly available view. It's a view from a private apartment in the sky.

Most of the best shot's I've seen from that general angle were from drones which make public vs private views a bit murkier. That said, you can get glimpses from several places on Yonge even if you can't see the full width.

Her jacket matches the colour pallet of the skyline and weather.
