I haven't seen anything since the DRP meeting a while ago. Makes me wonder if this is still an active application or not.

Since it's rental and as-of-right though, the next public info we would see is a building permit application. So who knows.

I still love the fact there is an entire block of parking still left.. I really hope that something super cool would go there, and not just condos - framed by all the buildings around it.

Imagine a beautiful traditional opera house there or a greenhouse or a planetarium.. something iconic.

A public place to grow food for all the units around would be cool too. Or even a crystal palace like the old days elsewhere in hamilton.
