For comparison, the Quincy is 369 feet. Travis will be 225 feet taller. I looked that up for myself but thought I'd share with folks as a reminder.

I know I've said it before, but I remember when we were frustrated that it appeared as though we'd have a 400 ft plateau.

Judging by how the timeline for 44 East right down the street, I'm guessing this just over a year away from being done? Assuming 3 more months to top out, then 10 months to "finish" everything else...

A week per floor on structure - so 12 weeks approx for typical slabs, plus the roof which sticks out all pointy. Probably a lot of steel. I would expect true top out mid to late March.

Were these condos or rentals? 10 months is a dream top out to TCO for something this size. Will need to have core and shell complete through the roof and 60% of interiors done done. My guess, TCO - April 25’ Actually finish - July 25’.

Either way, will be fun to see this thing get dressed up on the exterior over the next year.

Is this still the only rendering of this? Or is this new? I don’t recall the top looking like that.

Still like that ped bridge, though.

This was the last one I had seen

I always think this is basically topped out but I'm very excited to see 12 more floors come up! It's looking really great from different viewing spots in Austin

Same here! It sort of feels topped out... Wow another 12 floors....basically a mid-rise building stacked on top to go

I stood underneath the The Travis today. It was kinda shocking how tall it was that up close. This tower is a bit of a dark horse. Hard to believe it still has 12 more floors to go.

I think we have several dark horses in that regard. The three other towers in the 600 foot range all are just beginning to make an impact in the skyline, and still have a long ways to go. They're gonna have a major impact on the skyline.

And of course the 700 footer and the 1,000 footer, but they're certainly not dark horses. Either way, the next couple of years the skyline is going next level, big city, tall and dense.

Canoed on the water over the weekend. I’ll have to get back out for more pics as I didn’t make it far before sunset.

Yes there’s on good amount on the side west of Lamar. Floated our way into some that stretched out midway into the water.
