Both of these will end up being the size of the Google tower, right?

You could almost hop from roof top to roof top to roof top.

It's getting easier to imagine how amazing that section of town is going to look when these two top out.

As someone who lives in 360 and will be a little above this building, it's a bit boring and doesn't conform to the Shoal Creek overlay, so it will block out the sun for our pool for a few hours in the morning, which is pretty lame. I think it's a bit of a pedestrian building compared to Austin Proper, which at least has an interesting facade. Oh well, you can't win them all and at least it isn't tall enough to block my view.

Yeah I have to say this one and the "google tower" next door are totally yawn inducing.

At least it looks like the garage portion is going to be covered up nicely.

My condolences too, but on the bright side, you are nowhere near 801 Barton Springs.

The view from Austin Proper's north side and Third & Shoal's south side will be amazing upon completion.

I'm not a fan of the grey panels. Trim in that color is fine (note the north side trim), but broad sections of it look bland and cheap. And those are facing the creek, which will be a bit worse in contrast with the greenery and also the bridge. Even the facade of Austin Proper is a bit bland, colorwise. Then there's the white base of 360.

I also wish all three of those buildings interacted more with the creek.

The boring, gray siding just got a little less boring. LET THERE BE LIGHT:
