It'll be really interesting to see what happens when all the office space the city is currently leasing around downtown jumps on the market. A lot of the real estate probably needs a pretty thorough refresh. Unfortunately it seems like they are doing a small reno on the current Frost Tower (~$7M). However, having been in a lot of city offices it will be a huge improvement over some of their current spaces.
