That is some serious density! I also like how tall this cluster of buildings are, they really add some weight to that part of downtown's skyline.

Not all that fond of this design, but glad they kept the historical base and glad that the Hammer is seeing some activity.

They've submitted plans for the Bella Tower

It's now 26 storey
Height of 84m
Lintack Architects is the architects for the Bella Tower and old Federal building
