Nice pics. Best weather in the country lucky you. How much fun is the city? I hear mixed reviews. I would like to hear the view of a true lifer San Diegan. These pics show to me it could be a lot of fun (If you have a boat)

Love it! I'm so jealous of the beauty and climate! We had sleet, freezing rain, and snow last night here in Chicago. This morning it's 37 and raining. Such a sloppy mess.

And here I thought every day in San Diego is beautiful.

Don't worry, I'm just jealous of the beautiful weather, and beautiful city, and beautiful women, and....., well you get the idea.
Nice pics Derek, thanks for sharing.

to me, i enjoy life in the city...cool shops, great food, stunning weather, beautiful women, plenty of clubs, a pretty sweet mall (that seems more busy than ever...which isnt a bad thing), some sweet hat shops (i like hats...), and then you have the bay where...if you own a boat or want to rent one...you get breat-taking views and boats are fun anyways...no matter where you are, theres Ocean Beach and Pacific Beach, which have an even stronger laid back surfer town attitude (in fact, these 2 communities may be the definition of a surf town)...plus they have good eats and many more shops and clubs and i could go ON and ON...

so, if you are looking for fun, it isnt too hard to find

thank you, but, no its not, that bridge that Baxter gets kicked off of is actually in Long Beach, they shot a lot of it there, but it wouldve been more symbolic if it was that bridge

^Yup, the Queensway Bridge was used as the stand-in for the Coronado Bridge.

Ditto with the park where they first meet Vince Vaughn's gang. You can see the lighthouse and some of the highrises from Downtown Long Beach.

Still, a funny movie that actually gets better on repeat viewings.
