Another new supertall application in Toronto - 94 storeys, 1,262 residential units. Right (and i mean right, the towers are only 15 metres / 50 ft apart) beside 1 Bloor West.

Showing how Toronto's removal of parking minimums is going, this will have just 46 residential parking spaces - equivalent to just 0.03 parking spaces per unit.

This was proposed quite some time ago, but we don't seem to have a thread for this yet, unless I missed it somewhere.

This was approved today, at a taller height. It was originally proposed at 301 metres, but it has been approved at 317 metres (1041 ft).

The render depicts the old height. No new render yet. UrbanToronto

Settlement offer for this one. It is now 317.4 metres tall with 99 floors. The separation distance from The One is now 21 metres:
