The developers of The Crosby Miami Worldcenter have formally applied for a construction permit.
The July 27 permit application comes just a few weeks after the developer obtained water and sewer utilities for the project from Miami-Dade County.
According to the new construction permit filing, The Crosby will include 450 condo units, in a 33-story tower. There will also be 3,370 square feet of retail, the permit application states.
No parking garage is being built.
Miami’s Building Department issued a construction permit last week for The Crosby at Miami Worldcenter.
Approval of the construction permit took about a year, with the full plans filed with the Building Department in August 2022. The permit was issued on August 7.
A groundbreaking ceremony took place in January.
