This one didn't have a thread yet. Excavation has now started on Phase 1.

This marks the 15th tower now under construction / excavation in City Centre.

I'm pretty certain that's a GBL design. Alison Brooks has designed the Rize project, not this one.

Noticed this yesterday while driving by. Glad to see that the sales were good for Phase 1 to warrant commencement with the excavation.

This project should help build up that Old Yale Rd corridor into Surrey central. I guess that Fraser Health building is getting demolished for phase 2.

There's also a 6-storey project coming directly across the street from this on Old Yale. Still in the review stages, so a couple of years off. The houses on site were recently demolished however.

It's already gone. it was demoed a while ago and is just an open patch of cleared land now.

Passed by this one yesterday. Unfortunately there's been very little progress since the last update in April.

According to the sales rep for Townline, construction has now started for The Holland.

60% has been sold and they reasoned slow sales was due to their presentation center being closed for three months due to covid.

Heard some shoring up on Friday and now looks like excavation has commenced more actively.
