Tower crane is up and forming is starting this week for the north building only. Excavation is almost completed.

That area is booming, which is kind of weird considering the lack of rapid transit and cycling infra.

no strong neighbourhood associations + large, underutilized properties will do that.

Another 8 story midrise going up next to the u/c one on the left, and 4 towers going up on the right where they are digging up the gas tanks @ Petro Can. This area is going to be very very dense, a total of 70 floors of living space.

This project is now called Mountaineer, and the street has been renamed from Everest Private to Mountaineer Private.
