Concrete foundation pours have started and the base of the crane is now set. Would expect it to raised any day now.

Some of the first floor walls now up.

2 floors per month would likely have this 12s topping out in Feb 2018.

it is going to be a rental. great, more people letting their dogs shit on my lawn. Everybody from the adjacent condo tower (which is a gated community, and thus out of bounds for non-residents) walks their dogs in my little circle....and let their dogs shit/piss on everybody's lawn. Some fucking jerk told me that the first 8 feet belong to the city (they do not Mr. Fuckstick...I have my property deed that says otherwise; it has nothing to do with right-of-way). He nearly gained a second asshole that day.

and the construction workers ignore parked schoolbuses picking up children, and leave their rim whoreton's coffee cups everywhere, and park their dodgy pickup trucks wherever they care to.

I am so fucking sick of this assholery. I called out some fucker the other day for breezing past a parked school bus picking up children (this trucknut was breaking the law big time) and he threatened to kill me if I reported him.

lowest of the low.

Not unique to construction workers. As you see ignorant and clueless drivers everyday day doing the schoolbus passing, or not yielding to transit buses merging back. Likely to busy texting and distracted with their cell phones.

On the bright side they should be topping out this 12s in another 5 months given the pace of progress. The site will be cleaned up by end of spring.

oh do other people usually threaten to kill you when you call them out on a serious safety issue...one involving your own children?

Man.....that's wild. It's not unusual for construction workers to be general asshats with waste and disregard to others property or safety on the roads, but to threaten people is something else....

That sucks, I go to 1030 coronation monthly and I hate driving there with all that construction, couldn't imagine having to live near it.

Incredible how slow this one is going. For instance, go back over the comments to jammer's comment from October 2017. So basically predicting finish by spring a year ago. Yet here we are a year later. I swear Tricar is going to have people living in 40 York before this thing is occupied lol

Your right Drewlo has been extremely slow with this build. Also their 2 buildings up on Sunningdale near Adelaide. Not sure why they take so long compared to other builders.

Hard to believe that they are still forming for the ground level slab pour on the parking level on the east side?

They were doing some grading on the west side for landscaping. Exterior work still needed for the balconies and windows.
