I just read this article in the NYTimes about BMW's prototype plug-in hybrid roadsters and suddenly something clicked about the background buildings of the article's main photo. It's Vancouver!

speaking of cars i saw of two of these down in yaletown the other day with new jersey plates - they are pretty sweet looking in person

Saw a threesome of them was shooting in the Athlete's Village about two weeks ago!

There are like ~30 of them at the PacRim Fairmont, they've been there for almost a month now, believe their are launching the vehicle here.
