but i did forget about The Caroline. it was first proposed 2 years ago, but i'm sure covid monkey-wrenched their timeline a bit. i believe it's still being pursued, but it's been a while since i've seen any news articles about the project. at 390' tall, that's another potential biggie that would shake up the top 10 if it goes forward.

10 of those are 21st century towers, not too shabby for little old milwaukee.
the only other major midwest city that i can think of that has 10 or more of its 20 tallest buildings built in the 21st century would be alpha-dog chicago (11 out of 20).
