Regardless of Gary's inclinations at 570 5th, I hope that he builds the condo/hotel. I think that the taller tower has better proportions than the office plan. Hopefully, he won't find an anchor and the potent sales here will lead him to build the condo.

You guys are laughing now but Jacksonville will soon assume its rightful place as the largest and most important city on Earth.
I heard the UN is moving its HQ there. The eiffel tower is moving there soon as well. Elon Musk even decided he didnt want to go to mars anymore after visiting.
In reality the tower's floor count is below 100. Why do they need to grossly exaggerate?

Thank you so much for posting a pictures. It's so beautiful! The apartment is very extremely expensive. They cannot afford it. Please go inside the building and take a pictures. I want see interiors, elevator and else. Keep doing it!
So Extell is in contract on a major Central Park-adjacent parcel, for nearly $1 billion. The site has massive development rights. I wonder if he can (literally) top Central Park tower, given the location and air rights? Could be a record-setting supertall residential:
NYGuy, if you move the forum discussion, you should also update the forum discussion link in the diagram page as well. All the hyperlinks to the city diagram link to the construction forum.

So uhh, just a hypothetical but if one day they decided they wanted to increase the height and assuming there was no legal challenge (lol), is it technically possible that the spire could be added to the building? Like I mean physically? Not talking about would it fit in the current zoning or all that nonsense.
