Construction Updates

This has been under construction for a while now so here are some of my photos taken from the 150 Main St W thread on the SSP: Local Hamilton page. These are the most current photos so this thread can be continued to update from there.

The building on the right in the photo above is the new Homewood Suites by Hilton

The Homewood by Hilton (in the last photo) next to the 150 Main Street West Condos has been. The 25 floor tower in the 150 Main Street West Condos development is still at the foundation while the second shorter tower in the development is already so tall because it is reusing the old Revenue Canada building for the bottom floors (the brick portion of the building).

I hope that isn't too confusing to understand^, haha

Thanks for all the updates on Hamilton.
When I lived there I used to take updates all the time of projects under construction through out the city. I moved away just when the big ones got started.

New name for the project...

150 Main Street West Condos has a new name. The name of the two towers was just released and they are now called 'Bella Towers'

Three major construction sites in downtown Hamilton. The Bella Towers project is on the far left.

In the pictures below:

That is some serious density! I also like how tall this cluster of buildings are, they really add some weight to that part of downtown's skyline.
