YMCA's plan includes selling its current site to help finance the new YMCA.

Given that the current location is practically next door to the GO Station, they won't have difficulty finding a buyer.

And that site really should go anyways, something much better should go there.. like.. that park they had in the render of the liuna building beside it hahaha..

No control over the latter, unless to get them out only to have them emerge in new locations.
