This is not a new proposal, but it was just submitted with a height increase putting it above my 600' threshold. Not much of a render to go on yet.

Yeah, this is really close to me, the old hotel here will be missed. But oh well. I just hope this proposal is a little nicer in it's next resubmission

Another tower given the green light by the Planning Committee. Thanks to Northern Light for his diligence in finding the info. Approval does not mean impending, or even distant, construction, as this appears to contain no rental units.
