Permits Filed for 30 West 37th Street in Midtown South, Manhattan

Quote:
Permits have been filed for a 32-story mixed-use building at 30 West 37th Street in Midtown South, Manhattan. Located between Fifth and Sixth Avenues, the interior lot is near the 42nd Street–Bryant Park subway station, served by the B, D, F, and M trains. Jack Yadidi of Fy & Sons TIC LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 418-foot-tall development will yield 85,894 square feet, with 85,440 square feet designated for residential space and 454 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 95 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 899 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 20-foot-long rear yard.

Damir Sehic of C3D Architecture is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed this month for the two-story structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
