75% leased. It's not a large tower (about 280,000 SF) so it's expected but nonetheless great for a market like WPB.

Also the recently constructed 360 Rosemary (completed in 2021 and is about 305,000 SF) just added JP Morgan Chase. The tower is 105% occupied and they're planning to convert the top floor of the parking garage into office space to meet demand. Existing tenants of 360 Rosemary are Goldman Sachs, Ellit Management, Point72 Asset, etc.
