To rezone and develop a new Science/Student Services Complex and Creative Arts Building plus a proposed new gym.

Received UDP support (8-0) on the 2nd review way back on May 9th. Rezoning to allow a minimum setback of both above and below grade buildings on site was approved on Oct 30th. Also the Langara College Policy Statement has to be amended to allow for the new Science & Student Services building in place of the future site of the Creative Arts Centre and the later in place of new classroom space.
I do not know the timeline but would assume the project will be phased.
