KIEV (Kyiv) | Construction Updates & Projects

Shows the almost completed Elsburg/Parus tower and a new tower U/C nearby.

New "old-looking" district is finishing construction.

The changed design of the "supertall" was finally released. As a reminder, they decided to change it to make it taller. But I didn't expect this! - Not only is it now taller ( not sure how much taller ) but they MOVED the "flag skyscraper" from independence square to be placed in front of the 101-tower. As a reminder, it was 60+ floorer. They also added some smaller towers.

And the design of the main "supertall" is also better than before, more classy and trully world class

Here we can see the area being cleared for the smaller buildings

These:

Rather small, 24 floorer, but interesting office tower of ukrainian state owned railways

35floorer residentials

Enormous commieblock ( 37f )

Tower on Velyka Vasylkivs'ka

TMM Business Centre. Its close to the "supertall location"

Entire new district "11th western-poznaky"

Update on a pretty large complex, residential 26 floors + entertainment complex. A block long building.

Residential Complex 26 floors

Alright, these are some random projects from Kyiv, I simply copied two pages from

It seems that there are some people here who don't go to ssc. I'll try updating folks here at SSP from time to time.

Kyiv is capital of Ukraine, largest country within Europe
However, you might know it as "Kiev" instead.

Thanks.

I assume you mean the "flag" tower on Maydan (Independence Square)

You can see it was moved to be close near the super-tall TRYZUB. Right in front of it. Although the top part is slightly altered.

yup ! Maydan isn't good place for skyscrapers. As I know "prapor's" height is 210m and 60F. what is the status of "Tryzub"? As I know it's under waiting. BTW I see thay changed "prapor's" design . The first one was much better. How many skyscrapers 200+m does Kyiv have?
