So, when I saw this photography forums, I feel more than encouraged to share (and even syndicate) my own photo essay that I've been doing for a month now on my own website! Here's my own version of my region, namely the San Francisco Bay Area, especially focusing on San Francisco (the main album) and the North Bay (my supplementary album) that covers mainly Marin County. I'll just combine both of them since my anchor collection comes from San Francisco; whenever I cover another region, I'll put it here as well, I just note where the pictures come from.
The main topics that I want to cover include transportation, road views, and sights you might miss out when you travel around the Bay Area. Note: most of the pictures you see here are taken by me, and rest assured that any picture I know that I did not take will be properly acknowledged for copyright.
This week, I will be doing part 1 (of several) of the transit agency that I ride with often: Golden Gate Transit.

Note that Golden Gate Transit's primary bus stop colors are green and black. Plus, the icon on the bus stop is the old logo (1990s) for Golden Gate Transit, then the bus stop icon is the new (2011) logo for the same company.

Another, more usual bus shelter for Golden Gate Transit, in black:

On the bottom portion of the bus near the door, passengers can put in two bicycles on the compartment, allowing them to bike to and from the bus stop.
