Help: research proposal on olympic games
Hi everybody. I'm preparing a research proposal for a 4th year Regional Geography class, and I would like to write about the regional dynamics and implications of the coming olympic games. I don't have much more of a specific focus than that, so i was wondering if you could point me out to some good online resources which discuss any of the following issues related to the games: city branding, post-industrial economy, tourism and culture production/consumption, the onlympics as an economic building tool, winners and losers in the process etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
