Those tents under the bridge are great. Are they travellers or homeless people?

Homeless people .
Paris is expensive and it is several years of waiting for a PJ's appart.

What the duck ? Yes, it sometimes does.
I can't believe I was exactly at that place a couple of days ago, and I didn't even see the big, emerging nose.
