doesn't seattle have an "international" district instead of a Chian town? I remember the city never wanted a China town and opted for the international thing - probably why there is no ornamentation?
I liked portlands chins town too - they have a cool garden
Vancouver's china town has also been fled though - Richmond is the new china town - young people prefer to go there and call downtown the china town for the old people but in recent years they have been trying to revive it - adding in a new gate and some new housing which will help hopefully - somefunkier stores have been moving in too - a few more are needed to lure more people in i think
