As per the following article, Legion and EJS have purchased the dilapidated building located at 8-12 W 14th St. The small eyesores located at 4 and 6 W 14th are empty. I have not yet checked ACRIS to see if they were recently sold too.

It’s good news to get rid of this junk.

I agree. I’m fairly sure that another eyesore nearby, 30-32 E 14th St, also is being marketed as a condo site. I need to check ACRIS.

P.S.: Here’s Corcoran’s link for 30-32 E 14th which shows the proposed new building. Apparently, it’s in contract.

Nice. These two buildings will really upgrade 14th Street, which still has too much crap.
