Why doesn't Winnipeg have a section?
As one of Canada's largest cities and one of the most historically important metropolises of the continent, how come Winnipeg doesn't have its own section on this forum? Even Halifax, St John's, London, Québec, and Hamilton have their own sections and they are all smaller and less booming cities.
